Bio
Shares are now available in this stunning, classy chestnut filly with movie star looks from the first crop of dual Group 1-winning and multiple Group-placed sprinter-miler Ole Kirk from two-year-old winner Areti. She has a pedigree chock-full of European Group winners and place-getters and is one of the best types you will see.
From the family of Black Caviar, her sire Ole Kirk (by Written Tycoon) was the Champion Three-year-old Colt in Australia and a sensation on the racetrack winning the Group 1 Golden Rose over 1400m and Group 1 MRC Caulfield Guineas over 1600m as a three-year-old, as well as being a two-year-old winner over 1100m before going on to place in the top two-year-old races in Sydney over 1400m to 1600m. This girl is from his first crop.
The Dam, Areti (by Street Sense), was herself a two-year-old winner over 1000m and is from a family who knows how to win big over 1600m to 2500m. This filly is her fourth foal.
The grand-dam, Ajamais, is from the wonderful European broodmare Fabulous Hostess, a Group 2 and Group 3 winner herself who had 9 foals to race for 6 winners, which included five-time Group 1 winner Solow, who won 13 races on the trot over 1600m to 2400m in Great Britain, France and the U.A.E pocketing GBP £4,047,012, USA Group 2 and French Listed winner Salesman, USA Group 3 winner and French listed winner Colony Band, USA Group 3 and Listed winner Colizeo, French Group 3 and Listed winner Lunch Lady and French Listed winner Hostessante.
This filly was selected by international bloodstock consultant Paul Moroney and was one of the top two fillies on his list, so we had to have her. She was purchased in partnership with her breeders Sledmere Stud and Simon Zahra Racing.
This gorgeous redhead is a gem and her type and versatile pedigree suggests she has potential as an early two-year-old over 1100m to 1400m and into her three-year-old year over 1600m and possibly over a bit further. She is one of the best put-together yearlings you will see with a lovely free-flowing action, so we don’t expect her to last long.
She is eligible and will be nominated for the Inglis Race Series, which includes the $2,000,000 Inglis Millennium for 2yos and the $1,000,000 Inglis Sprint for 3yos, plus the $5,000,000 Inglis Xtra Bonus Series, which will see 50 Maiden races in NSW and Victoria incentivised with a $100,000 bonus to the winner. She is also eligible for the BOBS bonus in NSW.
This filly will be trained by Simon Zahra based at fabulous Flemington, Victoria, who tasted multiple Group-winning success when in partnership with Mathew Ellerton before recently striking out on his own, with the most notable horse being Golden Slipper winner Crystal Lily. There has never been a better time to be in racehorse ownership, so Email Jason at Jason@monarchrs.com.au for the full details and PDS, secure your share in this flashy filly and experience racehorse ownership with real X-factor.
